What are the studio’s terms of payment?
All prices posted are in Canadian Dollars. When you make a purchase on this website, you agree to provide a valid instrument to make a payment. When you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment instrument you designate for the transaction. See full Terms of Service.
Is my credit card information secure?

This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe uses the best-in-class security tools and practices to keep your information secure.
How are items shipped?
We ship all prints within a circular reinforced mailing tube or reinforced ‘stay flat’ envelopes. Prints are placed inside glassine paper before being placed into the mailing tube to further protect them during transit.
What shipping options are there?
We ship all parcels via Canada Post and ship for free within Canada. Destinations inside the US are shipped at a flat rate of $25 CAD unless otherwise specified in the item descriptions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship all parcels internationally through Canada Post International for a flat fee of $70.00 CAD which includes insurance for loss or damage, unless otherwise specified in the item descriptions.
Do you offer a return policy?
We take significant steps to ensure your print arrives in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that there is some damage to your print, please contact me within 7 days of your print delivery. All studio print purchases are final sale.
Do you use archival materials?
Yes, we use 100% cotton acid free and archival paper which is calcium carbonate buffered with a PH of 7-9. Our inks are oil based and lightfast pigmented, rated 6 or higher on the International Blue Wool Scale.
Does my original print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, our prints are considered hand pulled original fine art prints, which are always numbered, titled and signed just below the image with an HB pencil. In addition to that we emboss ‘Mary Anne Studio’ in the lower right hand corner to ensure authenticity.
What are your framing recommendations?
To preserve your print over time it is advisable to use acid free matting and mounting materials or to float the print on an acid free backing with spacers. This ensures the print is not in contact with the glass or acrylic protective surface of the frame. The glass or acrylic material should be treated to protect the print from UV damage. We recommend that your print is kept out of direct sunlight in order to maximize longevity and intensity of colour.
